Jimmy, me, my aunt, and sister and brother in law took a trip to San Diego to visit out of state cousins, Christine and Jason. It was my first time meeting them that week so it was nice to get to know them while they were here visiting. They are a fun bunch.

Looking at these pictures make me really miss Jhen and Jon. Jhen, Jon, and Jax are all doing such amazing things but I wish we all lived closer together!

With summer pretty much here, I’ve been both excited and homesick. It’s a bittersweet feeling I suppose. I couldn’t be more excited to spend my second summer with Jimmy this year as his wife, but I know I’m going to be missing my friends bigtime. Depending on when everything with the Air Force goes through, I’d like to maybe spend some time back in Whittier when Jimmy leaves. It’ll be tough not having him around and I know I’ll be surrounded by my loved ones while he’s gone, but it really would be nice to spend a few days in Whittier with my friends and also visit WACC. We’ll see! I might be going to Hume Lake this summer as staff too, if there’s room for me. That would be awesome.

Jimmy might have MEPS tomorrow! It’s not set in stone yet but it’s looking good and if it is legit then I’m so stoked. Things will finally be moving forward. We’ll be finding out tomorrow morning and if it is, then he’ll be off that afternoon and won’t be back until Friday afternoonish. Praying!
