For some reason, this outfit feels very american-inspired to me. I could have seen myself wearing it to a 4th of July BBQ or maybe just a summer BBQ with friends and family. But nope, this shirt has been sitting in my closet for months now because I am not accustomed to wearing crop tops. I bought it on a whim and have only worn it one other time, with something that was high-waisted so my midriff wasn’t showing. That is probably how I will continue to wear it, so this is a once in a lifetime thing and something that is waaaay out of my comfort zone. It’s been pretty hot this summer so I thought hey, first time for everything…why not try it and see how I feel? I felt okay in it, but much rather prefer to have less skin showing! Gotta go with comfort first. So my dearest crop top, it was fun while it lasted, but from this point on I will not be wearing you the way you were intended, for the sake of my midriff. Hope there’s no hard feelings.

Yes you really do! I feel like I’ve asked you this before, but have you ever been to Cali? Aw, I would be so happy to show you around. Hurry up and come!
Haha, thanks
I can’t seem to stop wearing them lately.
I do love the top! I know how you feel when it comes to crop tops, because I usually put an undershirt when I wear one or wear it with high waisted shorts.
I am definitely going to start doing that from now on. I recently purchased some new undershirts so I’m going to give this shirt another go, and try it with something else!
Lovely outfit so comfy
Your blog is so lovely always… xx
