We are Jimmy and Jen. We are 20-something year olds from Southern California and just started our journey as an Air Force family in Alaska. We met through our church and although my feelings for him developed rapidly, we started off as close friends, and didn’t take the plunge to become more for quite a while. Four years later, We are happily married and are coming up on our third wedding anniversary (April 2009), and although we don’t have it all together (who does, anyway?) and fight like kids sometimes, we are madly in love with each other and with God. And to top it off, we are expecting our first baby this August 2012 and couldn’t be more excited!

Jimmy:

Jimmy is a self proclaimed nerd with a love for gaming, whether it’s on a computer or tv screen. He’s also skilled at HTML and making websites. He’s a bit on the quiet side, but will always be friendly to you and greet you with a smile. He has a liking for all things Disney, watching videos on Youtube (mostly Jason Mraz and Jack Johnson performances), playing music, watching movies, and a daily glass of milk (gross).

Jen:

I’m Jen. I am also a bit on the quiet and shy side, but that shell breaks easily. I’m both petite and short and laugh way too often. I enjoy riding my bike and longboard, taking photos, cuddling with Jimmy to a good movie, a good book with a cup of coffee, finding thrifted things for our home, all things forests, baby animals, and tea.

In this blog, you’ll find updates and photos of me and my sweet husband and our life together, occasional outfit posts, and maybe some food, as I am still trying to get the hang of this cooking business Hope you enjoy!
