Showering the baby.

On the exact day that I hit my 30 week mark, I was thrown a baby shower by my two Alaskan friends, Laurel and Aimee. The party was held at my house and although I had some ideas here and there, the girls truly threw everything together and I couldn’t have done it without them. The turnout was great and I was so happy to see some of the lovely people I’ve made friends with here in our home and celebrating the baby with us! It was bittersweet, however, as I was missing family and friends in California and wished they could have been a part of it. But here are some of the bits and bobs of my shower that was captured. My favorite part was the food…which isn’t surprising 🙂

Laurel is a crafting/sewing/baking genius and made baby this adorable quilt! (along with the super cute onesies below)
