21 years of life. Today is my husband Jimmy’s 21st birthday. It’s late and I’m exhausted, but I promised myself I would make this post ON his birthday. Today we went to Disneyland and afterwards had a late dinner at Olive Garden where Jimmy had his first glass of wine! Today also marks the same day two years ago when he first asked me to be his girlfriend. I remember it like it was yesterday…I drove us to the aquarium and noticed that he seemed a little quiet and nervous on and off throughout the day, and finally at dinner after all the stuttering and spilling his drink, we were officially together! I am so thankful for him and thankful to be the one he celebrates his birthday with. I love him more than words can express and I’m so blessed and lucky to be his wife!

It is great to hear that it was his first glass of wine on his 21st bday. I wish more people could say that. I have yet to try my first myself, but I don’t know too many people who haven’t tried things even in high school.
